BELFAST – The Consular Corps for Northern Ireland attended the Diwali celebration held at
Belfast City Hall, joining members of the community in marking the festival of lights.
The event, organised by Sanjay Ghosh, featured traditional Indian performances, cultural displays,
and decorations that reflected the spirit of Diwali. The celebration brought together attendees from
diverse backgrounds in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
During the evening, recognition was given to those who have contributed to building bridges
within Northern Ireland’s multicultural communities, including acknowledgment of collaborative
efforts by members of the diplomatic community
